After you've purchased your subscription, we will send you notification via email once your order has shipped. Orders purchased before our monthly processing date will go out with current subscription orders. Orders purchased after our monthly processing date will ship out in 3 business days.

You have the flexibility to customize your subscription based on your preferences each month.
Want to try a new style or size? Need more undies this month? Simply log in and view your subscription under the Subscription tab. There, you'll see the option to Swap or Change Size.
