When Will I Receive my First Bag?
After you've purchased your subscription, we will send you notification via email once your order has shipped. Orders purchased before our monthly processing date will go out with current subscription orders. Orders purchased after our monthly processing date will ship out in 3 business days.

How Do I Update my Subscription?
You have the flexibility to customize your subscription based on your preferences each month.
Want to try a new style or size? Need more undies this month? Click on the Subscription tab above, there, you'll see the option to Swap Style or Change Size.

General Shipping Info
Starting in September, the monthly charge date will be the 5th instead of the 15th.After processing, we take 2-3 days to pack all orders. Once shipped, we will notify you via email and provide a tracking link. Most orders arrive within 10 days after being shipped.
